Yum cheesecake

Mike made low-fat cheesecake with this recipe. Apparently they tested hundreds of recipes and this one was the best. It takes a bit of prep work, but boy is it worth it! When we make it again (and we will), we'll add less lemon zest, because it ended up being pretty lemony. Still good though. And the strawberry topping was fabulous and very easy.
